Shipping & Returns

At La Singe Designs, we pride ourselves on making the items you purchase specifically for you. Due to this nature, we cannot give a 100% return for custom embroidered or monogrammed items. We may be able to give an 80% refund for items depending on the nature of the return, and we reserve the right to post the item for sale.

Items are shipped at a fixed rate of $2.50 per item.

Since Lasinge Embroidery Designs is a download-based storefront, there are no shipping charges for downloadable items. All embroidery design files are downloadable after purchase and will remain available to you for a maximum of 7 days or 5 downloads.

If you have any problems with our designs, we will work with you to try to get things taken care of. For our products are downloads, we try to refrain from offering cash returns. We are willing to try to fix the error, and if that isn't possible, we will give you a store credit in the form of a gift certificate for a future purchase.
